Mango Ice Cream Recipe For Summer

Ingredients 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions In a blender or food processor, puree the chopped mangoes until smooth.

In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to steam. Do not let it boil.

Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Stir in the mango puree until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a large bowl and let it cool to room temperature.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the mixture is completely chilled, about 4 hours or overnight.

Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Scoop and serve the mango ice cream.
