Indian Chickpea Salad for Weight Loss recipe

Ingredients 1 cup cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed) 1 small red onion, finely chopped 1 medium cucumber, diced 1 medium tomato, diced 1 green chili, finely chopped 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped Juice of 1 lemon Salt to taste

Instructions In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked chickpeas, chopped red onion, diced cucumber, and tomato.

Add finely chopped green chili and fresh coriander leaves.

Drizzle the lemon juice over the salad and add salt to taste.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Let the salad sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
